You can even list the names of common groupings of equipment here. This is ideal for sound systems and photography items, where the items can be loaned separately but are often used in common groupings for specific purposes (e.g. the small meeting sound system has a low end amp, 2 mics, etc., whereas the large sound system would have a bigger amp, 4 mics, etc.)  The individual items are placed on the order form which makes it simple to adjust quantities up or down and add additional items to the order.
